Teachers Training Missing gole of Education

Teachers allways not ready to laurn,. Wich primmostwork was using his daily life.I had a lote of experinced in last summer training.First of all thay are not ready to went laurning something to another centre.Spacially lady teacher is not fully prepared to do so.Most pf teachers taking leave to avoid himself & herself and critisized every whare such treinig programms are out dated .the are out dated for next ganration  as ateacher

my self verybusi in teacher training .ilourn so much in that progam.first of all the teachers are not ready to go as a CRG it real mean 'cluster resource group,but i thin its caose group at all. therfore some of teachers not attend the trening class.made some reason,such as sir, every tme igone,female teachers saya,sir how many lady teachers have orders,sir its not good to go to in treaning,can you replace my order to male.someof the teachers are not teachers thay are notready to lourn & updates.youre self.
             I think teachers treaning sratargy should be cheanged .those teacers said we know every thing .the administration could not treaind it .but administration chack it.by a test or capesity building sminars confarance with the use of new way tecnology.such as BISEG, 3GTEC.CALM,VIDEOCONFARANCING ,INTERNET.etc.
And after treaining proper monitaring system required, to treas the such teachers thgsh nathing to doing to do so in the training .it must be punishibal like cut off next incriments in scale.OK BY I AM ON meeting with DPO.KUTCH.
